Custom Designs:
-If you have a design idea, send us a message and we will see what we can do to make it happen. It can be a collage of pictures on a tumbler to bring a smile to those receiving the gift. A mouse pad as a gift to a co-worker. Wedding photos, baby photos, whatever picture or idea you have, we can work wonders with you to make it become a reality.
-The design will be sent as a preview before it is completed on the item of your choice.
Care Instructions:
-Look under the appropriate tab above: tumbler, mousepad, can koozie, etc., to learn more about the care of that item.
Order/Shipping details:
-Background color may be adjusted/personalized. Message to see if your color choice is available.
-The order will be shipped within two to three business days after production time.
-If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will refund the cost of your item or ship a replacement to you immediately. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you have a problem with your order.
